I very disappointed about my area cable operator and customer care of GTPL in SURAT.
I had called many times in customer care about lodge my GTPL set box complaint but they are making me fool and ignore to register my Complaint also not provide complaint no and senior manager no.
I have to take a strongly action against to my area cable operator and GTPL customer care.
Nobody resolve my issue since one week.
There are two cable operator in my area and they are playing monopoly with customer about business.
They have conflict each other, so, we didnot get proper services in our area.
Now I want to switch over with other operator they are not willing to help us.
Kindly pls help for resolve my Issue ASAP.
