My gtpl broadband internet service speed is very slow since 3 days.

Please find below for my gtpl broadband registered information.

Registered address: f/102 aryman complex, beside aryvila complex, new ranip, ahmedabad - 382480.

Plan: 1 mbps 1 year unlimited

Mobile no: [protected] and[protected]

As per my plan 1 mbps unlimited, i should get at least 1024/8 = 128, near about 120 kbps speed. But the speed i am getting is hardly 10-20 kbps since last 4 days.

Could you please help me?
