GTPL — Installation of Modem and Bosster as per commitment

Hi! This is Manish and currently out of India, I have taken GTPL BB for 1 year. I am aware about GTPL poor service because using it at my office and operations and services are very much mismanaged. Mr.Amit from Vadodara office has come to fill my form and same time I have explained about your service. He has committed will give you good service and can contact me anytime for further support including router problem. As discussed with him, he has to provide full coverage at my home with configuration of router and booster. Now 2 moths over but now no one responded properly. Currently I don't have any receipt and any other information about user ID but its below mention address.
