I am Parth Patel, sending this message from Canada. I have recently installed a plan for a year from GTPL for my parents. Couple of days ago they encountered a problem with Internet connectivity. Wifi signal in their laptop shows limited access. Since they needed an immediate help, they called gtpl customer service. A service rep. was asking my mom to follow troubleshooting steps. Now my mom couldn't understood their complicated steps to resolve this poroblem. My parents have been calling for a help for weeks now, but no one showed up there yet.
Is anyone out their who can help them to resolve this issue...?
