I have the GTPL broad band connection since last 15 months. But during last 3-4 months my internet connection not working properly. Upon complaining to GTPL their official says your modem is have a problem. Who will correct this problem? Our modem model no: TL-WR740N. and its is under the warranty period ( 3 years). But GTPL engineers are not correcting it. Then who will correct our problem.??????????????? Was this information helpful? |
