GTPL — my brodband not working since last two month

I had paid for one year for brodband. Now my connection is not working since last two month and your customer care persong give me 24 hour every day. Gtpl cheat me. Engineer told me, your cable short than why they are not change my cable? You have to refund my two month charges. Otherwise I'm going in law proses. I can't understand Gtpl give service or ...
