We have complained regulary since last 4-5 days . The latest complaint number is 764553 but they seem to give standard reply that wait for sometime it will be resolved. They were not willing to take complaint by not giving complaint number but now i managed to get complaint number 764553. Our client id is kr_attarwala at vadodara, gujarat. We tried calling at[protected] and [protected] and [protected]. The last number comes switched off and the first two number no one is picking up after repeated attempts of calling 18 times. Even after managing to get complaint number the details in complaint number mentions as "router problem", but its clearly "line problem" as am an engineer and distinguish the same. This is very poor and negative approach towards solving customer complaints. When installing new connections they come within few hours and while resolving complaints they havent solved it since four days. Very bad approach.
If we are not able to get solution immediately we will file legal proceedings for refund and harassment, as this is very poor approach and and the company must know how its vadodara technician team is. The regular loss in connectivity has direct effect on our ecommerce business leading to regular losses as a result of no connectivity. We have record of every complaint number and corresponding losses resulting from that day. We request legitimate and peaceful solution by giving company last chance but wont hold back to legal proceedings if not responded properly. Was this information helpful? |
