Sir i have called for more than 25 times to gtpl customer care & mr. Amit thakore, technical head, but no body has given assurance for connectivity. Pl go through matter in crucial time of admission process of my children studying in higher education. No body is responsible for resolving complaint. Every day morning i calling, reply is none. So pl. Treat it as genien complain and resolve early.

GTPL Broadband — Not provide proper service

In the month of June...I am able to use only 3 day internet, at present from 23rd june onward my internet is out of order . since everyday I am calling to costomer care but they are not solving the problem. neither they reply.
