GTPL — No Broadband service

I applied for new broadband connection on 9th March 2015 I got my connection on 13th March and on 15th March it got disconnected from that time till today there is service available even if I made complaint for this. My complaint no is 541237 I want my all payments back with my all losses due to this period of no internet service by company. My offshore clients are now frustrated as I am not able to complete my projects on time. Due to this I am facing loss of around 10k inr ruppes. I want all loss from GTPL. IF NO ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THIS I WILL SUE COMPANY TO COURT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF MY LOSSE
