[Resolved]  GTPL — No customer service after providing GTPL Cable tv pack

Dear all, I am from Bhavnagar - Gujarat. I have purchased GTPL cable tv pack with rupees 1200/- (one thousand two hundred only). My GTPL account number is 3040139 which was activated on 22-Sep-2013. We were not able to watch GTPL cable tv properly and visited our local cable operator from which we purchased the GTPL cable tv pack. Neither our local cable operator nor GTPL officer visited our home and not even entertain our complain seriously. We are very much upset with such type of foolish and negligible service.
