[Resolved] GTPL — No service or response at all | |||
Hello I am Chintan Trivedi, writing this mail in deep disappointment that GTPL Gujarat is not at all fulfilling its obligations. Its hard to believe that in the race and competition of the business they really ignored the customer Since last 10 days our set top box is not working. I tried to call one of your cable operator but he did not respond thru call. Initially he said to replace existing with the new set top box to the next day Operator Details: [protected][protected] Shakuntal Cable Bharat B. Patel, 1, Maithili Flat, Panchvati Society, Ajwa Road, Vadodara - 390019, Gujarat Ph: [protected] Now they don't respond to my call and once told me that move to the tatasky services instead of GTPL services or suffer like this. Now the point is, how can we can get proper service or solution if we continue with GTPL. Is there any justification, charging for set top box and rendering no services at all? go thru your services provided to me and necessary checking with your persons and do necessary steps immediately as there is already 10 days gone and we are in trouble and you guys has no interest on it. waiting for your reply...!!!
