GTPL — no signal

I m a user of gtpl hd set top box. And i am not receiving good survice from it. For that i had try to call our areal service man. But he never even responce to my calls. 3 to 4 hrs there is no signal on tv. I am so disappoint with this service. I am kindly request you to help me with solving this problem of mine. And every day 11PM to 7 AM no signal show. my provider name 'Khodiyar world vision' near Ratnpura, vastral, Ahmedabad.

Dear sir,
We have GTPL signal problem .It happens thrice in a Day. We have no signal from yesterday evening. It happens many times. When we complaint to GTPL a man come from there but there is no permanent solution. We want permanent solution of this problem. because now we are fed up with this problem if ther is no solution take back set up box and give back our money.
We have connection of ''Khodiya World Vision" Ratanpura, Vastral, Near Sardar Patel Ring Road.Ahmedabad

I am user of gtpl set top box user from cbd belapur navi mumbai . My tv window shows E61-No signal. This is happening again and again in this month. I have called service centers . but they are not receiving my calls.
