GTPL — online transaction issue | |||
I did online transaction of rupees 3850/- to recharge my gtpl broadband service on 29th june at around 8:30 pm with my sbi debit card through their official site.And from sbi I have got the confirmation msg at a very moment with transaction ID:[protected]. But on the next day when i called GTPL customer service they are saying there is some technical issue and tickete is being generated by the system.And today it is almost one week and still they are saying there is some technical issue. I dont know what kind of poor service they are providing and I have no clue of where my money is?The worst experience i have ever had during online transaction. Was this information helpful? | |||
