I would like to some highlights which needs to be aligned on basis of complaint reduction.
I am a part of GTPL as couldn't able to get flawlessly services from Nava naroda local engineer team, since activation made on 28-feb-2014 there is no such kind of support we received from local team, i have called up on customer care number as he has suggested that there is no registration sync with your account insted this is been registered from last user Mr.Giriraj, which we needs to submit are documents to contacting with local team, however they are not picking up the call since last 2 days and disconnecting the calls every interval,
