GTPL — Poor service of gtpl hd set top box

I m a user of gtpl hd set top box. And i am not receiving good survice from it. For that i had try to call our areal service man. But he never even responce to my calls. I am so disappoint with this service. I have paied service charges for hole year. I am kindly request you to help me with solving this problem of mine .
