GTPL — poor speed

hi i got new connection of gtpl broadband and i activated plan of 600kbps-1mbps, but i hardly get 300-400 kbps speed ...kindly solve it...if it will not be solved i will discontinue my connection and choose alternative option...my user id is amitkumar103
