GTPL — regular inturruption in broadband connection

res sir, since last one week i am not getting connection of broadband smoothly. so many times i have called your local person regarding my complain but i am not getting satisfactory reply. i have also complained to your customer care services. when ever i complain them they tell us it will be sort out in 24 hours. i think u dont know the value of 24 hours in such a time.i am surprised u take 24 hours to solve an individual problem it is like a joke.so find needful and solve my problem as earliest.
