GTPL — Signal is lost again and again everyday for many hours!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are living in Vallabh VidyaNagar and we are not getting our cable connection properly for the past week. The signal is lost for 4-5 hours from last week.The time for this is from 5-6 pm and night onwards. Please repair this as soon as possible. My Account Number is 3765198.
