GTPL — signal not found in HD settop box

My HD settop box showing no signal in most of the regular channel though i was paying for HD channel, I complaint to my cable operator he was saying if you want to see HD channel than take airtel settop box and also not giving us any card for this year payment which he has taken from us, they were not listen our any complaints and its going worst for us to watch channel So these is my request to give me feedback about this problem as soon as possible
