[Resolved]  GTPL — Transferring of address

Updated by viralpc I am a GTPL user since 7 months...I shifted my house after 4 months o[censored]sage of the Gtpl Broadband service...So in the name of tranferring they had taken 3 month and still no connection has been developed to my shifted address...i am fed up of calling customer cares and all distributors in my area...they have wasted my 3 months net and still no feedback is given by them...They are just giving dates and extending the dates given by them and nothing else.I have some important work to so in the internet for my academic work..so i have spend extra money over the internet recharge in my sim card and also i have to spend money in the cyber cafe which i can do at my home if GTPL connection would have been established.My data plan is of 15 months at Rs. 8000 which is not small amount for a middle class person to afford...I have given this much amount so that i can do some of my important work on the internet which i can hardly afford (Rs.8000).So i kindly request you to refund my 11 months data money from GTPL or establish a new connection to my shifted address.PLEASE help me on this problem or help me to file a complaint against GTPL HATHWAY PVT. LTD
