[Resolved] Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation — Disorganized ticket window and misbehavior with passenger | |||
Dear Sir / Madam My Name is Ramesh Nagindas Soni and I am 57 Years Old from Maninagar - Ahmedabad. My Contact Number is : [protected]. I have very painful experience at "Bhavnagar Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation's Ticket Window" I went to the same place with my Wife for Ticket Reservation in Advance from Bhavnagar to Ahmedabad on 03.02.2014 at 11.30 a.m. There is no any information board or anything where passenger can understand, from where he/she has to stand from Reservation Ticker. Although no indicator about Separate queue for Ladies. Hence I had stood almost 25-30 min in queue along with current ticket booking passenger Meanwhile One lady came and got the ticket from the same windows and that too without queue. So I shocked and went to Booking Clerk and asked, How you could offered ticker to someone who was not in queue and we were waiting for our turn since last half an hour ? He replied very rudely and literally started shouting on my wife and me, also we informed to put complain to Mr. J.R. Buch (Depot Manager), we went to him but unfortunately he was absent. This is my humble request to you, please provide enough information at such Ticket window Counter about 1. Separate Line for Ladies / Senior Citizen / Handicap etc.. 2. Separate Line for Current / Advance Reservation Booking 3. Educate the Staff, How to treat with Passenger after all they are Customer for you and Gandhi's said, Customer is God.
