Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Bus not arrived at Zadeshwar X on 02.12.2016

Surat-Nehrunagar Volvo, schedule arrival time at 8.40 p.m. at Zadeshwar X, Bharuch has not arrived at the stop. We have booked two tickets no. 23 & 24 on the bus, but could not able to travel despite having valid tickets.

Please refund us the amount in my CC from where I have paid the amount.
