I booked the ticket on-line from ahmedabad to mahuva pnr no g[protected] class express route 0001 bank txn[protected] journey date 11/11/2015 at 20.45 . All tickets was confirmd but on bapunagar bus stop i was waiting with my families still 10pm bus was coming and i got to know that the was cancelled .I shocked to know i booked the ticket for my sister and his two child and jijaji .Now i have no option to comolaint . They have to go with privte vihical.I want to know that why should you not inform us for cancellaton.I want my money back as early as possible and i will never booked any ticket frome gsrtc. I will also complaint to cm anandiben patel dipak shah sr.Editor tv9
