Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Refund because bus didn't came | |||||
I booked the ticket of GSRTC sleeper bus Ahwa- Gandhinagar on 17/08/2016 from Ankleshwar to Gandhinagar online. I got the message from GSRTC that the bus will come to the Ankleshwar Station at 23:15 that day. I reached there and waited for the bus, but the bus didn't came. I waited till 00:05 of 18/08/2016 and then called the surat bus enquiry to know about the bus . The contact person told that the bus has not reached surat station and it was not the sleeper bus coming that day but the regular one, but i have booked for the sleeper bus siiting and its not fair. As it was urgent to go to my destination, so i thought to wait for some time. At 2:30 of 18/08/2016 i again called the surat enquiry and he told that the bus has left surat by 00:20 and it should already have reached there by 1:45 as it takes mostly 1 hour to reach Ankleshwar from surat and i enquired from other bus drivers coming from surat too, they had no idea of the bus nor the surat enquiry person. Where did the bus go? I didn't got the bus and in the end i was not able to go . But i want refund, i waited for 4 hours and no information about the bus ? what else can i do. So please see to this and refund my money back as soon as possible. i have attached my ticket with the complaint Was this information helpful? | |||||
