h1 base india — Total Fraud. No Interview scheduled and no refund provided

Hi, I want to complaint against the fraud organisation h1base-india.com. They ensure to give H1B visa. They asked for for DD of $325 as initial amount as processing fees which they informed that they would return if they fail to arrange interview with clients. I also couriered my documents asked for and also paid the processing fees. After receiving the payment they never arranged any interview. On 9 March 2015, I received email from them stating that as they failed to arrange any interview hence they would initiate the refund process. Since then I am chasing them to get my refund but in vain. They dont reply to mails and when I call them the concerned person is on leave that's what I was told since last 3 weeks. This is a fraud company ran by fraud owners just to mind money and nothing else. PLEASE BE AWARE OF SUCH FRAUD COMPANY AND NEVER EVER TRUST THEM. G.Kalpana or Kalpana G is not receiving my phones and nor replying to my emails. They are very active in Linkedin and other job portals to get targets and cheat them.
