Haier India — washing machine defective

haier washing machine model number HW55-1010ME on 15/02/2014. The machine started giving trouble in the very first month of it's purchase. The company personnel never came for a demo as promised. On raising a complaint the technician came and serviced and informed us that we did not use it correctly. Post that we used it though sparingly. Post a year while using the machine suddenly stopped working. It does not wash the clothes. I raised the complaint on 13th April 2015. As per the call center executive they have a turn around time of 72 hours within which the technician would call on which means the customer is at the mercy of these technician. They are the only working officials while the customers have nothing to do. I had to take off from my work thinking that anytime the service engineer would come. When finally it didn't happen for two continuous days I had to call up and give my piece of mind to which the engineer came on 15th at 8pm. The technician just switched on the machine asked for the invoice copy and left stating that the invoice is not valid. We had purchased a factory second from the dealer which had an issue. Hence the same was replaced with new one of haier. The dealer made the changes on the same bill. However this is not acceptable by them. Realised that the after sales of haier is pathetic and they are more concerned as long as their product is sold. They have the worst customer care who just disconnect the calls while the customer is speaking. They are not bothered to address the issue and the concerned supervisors are always on the break. I regret my decision of buying haier product.
