[Resolved] Haier — Poor service and non co-operation | |||
Sir, With deep tragedy I am sending this mail to you regarding a problem with my Haier Microwave Oven. I have purchased the Micro Wave Oven, Model No:HR21EC in 2008.For last few days I noticed that the Microwave Oven light has stopped working, so I made a request for a service engineer visit to my house on date 14/10/2014 and Request I.D No:KO[protected].After one day service engineer came to my house and after inspection told me that there is some problem in the PCB which cannot be repaired in my house, so he told me to bring the Micro Wave Oven to the service center situated at Golpark(Kolkata).We requested the Service engineer to make an arrangement due to manpower problem at my house but the Service Engineer ignored it .The service engineer also told us that it will take 20 days for the repair of the above mentioned part. But without solving the problem I have been charged Rs281/-. Once again I called up the customer careNo: [protected] and discussed the whole thing with the customer care executive, Request ID: KO[protected] Dated: 17/10/2014. The customer care executive assured that my problem will be solved, but on the very next day I got a call from the service center end regarding ‘WHY HAVE I MADE SUCH COMPLAIN ‘as well as they refused to take that particular part from my house.As mentioned I never had such bad experience of Service support in past hence strongly request to please solve the problem to have Trust in Haier as Best Product with Good after Sales Support.
