I had purchased a led from paras trader, karnal on 14.07.2015 which is under warranty period. Now the screen has some defects which was informed to the service centre at karnal. An engineer came to my house for checking and intimate that the defect cannot be cleared and he also notify it in his webcam through mobile. Thereafter he intimated that the company will provide a new led to you as there is no other alternate. Now more about 25 days has been elapsed but no action has been taken by them. Moreso i am trying to contact them but they are not responding and delaying it on one pretext or the other. It is requested that any suitable action may kindly be taken to resolve my problem and also take action against the employee name sh. Mahender/dinesh for not attending the problem of consumer for last 25 days failing which i have left with no other alternate except to go in the consumer court for resolving my problem.
An early action in the matter is requested, please.
