I have purchased 15 liter water geyser in the month of jan 2016, and it is not working for last two weeks. i have called up customer care for three times and they said they will send technician. worst part is that my complaint gets cancelled automatically i should go back to them and register my compliant again.
I have purchased 03 liter water geyser on Aug 2019, and it is not working properly from past two weeks. I have observed the issues in 2 weeks and called up customer care for send technician. They send the technician, checked and told that no issues. 1st technician told, that there is no issues and send another technician on next day. And 2nd technician told that this is issues in your water particulars, and told that our senior person will contact with you. After 2 days today (30th Oct 2019) I have received a call from direct Haier company and they connected with local customer care service agent and they told that "if your water supply is slow then water heating will slow and delivery of water speed will reduce". When I heared this words I told to direct company person, please close the my complaint and send one person to my home for visiting charges collection.
