Haldiram — I am astonished to observe there is not a single pakoda in the packing

I need to apprise that I am regular purchaser of HALDIRAM products for domestic use. During my two purchases of captioned product, I am astonished to observe there is not a single pakoda in the packing though the same is displayed on the packing. It is beyond my comprehension that such an esteemed company could mislead their committed buyers by displaying such item on the wrapper as is not inside.
