Handygo — Unnecessary deduction of amount

Hi, There were unnecessary deductions without any notice of the same. When I call the mobile operator, they say that you have downloaded some animation stating Handygo because of which around 120 Rps has been deducted as per the mobile operator. But I think the amount is still high and it happened without my consent. The mobile operator is not ready to refund even I explained him everything.
