Hangamasales — Transcend usb flash drive

I have ordered for hp 32 gb usb flash drive to hangama sales, but surprisingly i received transcend usb flash drive. I called many time but they are not not receiving the call. After waiting one day i tried the usb drive which i received that is also not working i. E the system is not recognising the usb drive. The same has to be replaced with hp usb drive. I have paid rs.360 to the product.
