Happily Unmarried — Pathetic delivery service

I had made a purchase of multiple products to be delivered at various locations for Diwali, 2015. The order which is meant to be delivered in Delhi (where these guys are based) they are sending it to Pune warehouse. On the 2nd order, the changes communicated and confirmed on email by the rep from Happily Unmarried for the change in the name of the receiver are pending even when the order is out for delivery! These guys have been very poor in providing the service for the money which I have paid them for a small piece of work. I want them to deliver my orders in the right place at the earliest.
