[Resolved] Happydeal4u — Happydeal4u is cheating icici customers | |||
I got multiple calls from number +[protected] and +[protected] claiming they were from icici bank. They also asked for credit card details and said my 7500 points were getting expired so they would be sending gifts from deal4u and also they will credit some amount to my credit card. They have deducted 6999 from my credit card. I received a call back from them and i asked them to cancel the order and they denied about the same.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Yes I am also victim, I wrote complaint to ICICI Bank, but all in vain, now I am sure that ICICI Bank & Customer Care Staff also involve in this FRAUD Cheating. that's why no action has been initiated to stop payment on the ground of Dispute. all this frauds can not be done without the ICICI Bank staff. Hence I also request the higher authority of ICICI bank to investigate this serious matter and save the ICICI customers and the reputation of ICICI Bank. I also mentioned the telephone numbers, it is very easy to catch those culprits, why ICICI turn blind on them??? I am sure many other ICICI customers also been cheated & continue, write complaints from ICICI bank site to the higher officers.

Exactly same thing happen with me, only difference is that they told me that this call is from ICICI bank.
Anyway i am going to make the ICICI Bank payment but will also cancel their Credit Card and will not do any transaction with ICICI
Yes this big FRAUD is happening in the name of ICICI bank and absolutely Customer Care Staff are also involved in this FRAUD, with out their help this is not possible. This will very soon damage the ICICI bank Name.
I agree and the same happen with me. The complete transaction is credited to happydeal4u and it becomes the sole beneficiary out of it. And they cannot do on the face with so much of net presence. They have given us some ground to question them. It is not about one customer, but many. If they are questioned by legal authorities, they are bound to give up and then the ICICI link shall also come out.
Friends, join me. We can take this to much higher authority and get this stopped. We can go to the bank ombudsman or write a letter to finance minister.
