I sent one package from bangalore to patiala on 6th sep 2014. till now it's not reached. no updates from DTDC.i called so many times on customer care number but no one is picked the call and i am sending mails to given mail ids but no reply.

When ever i want to pay the amount by my Debit card on line it shows the trasist is failed without any reason
