It is a sad fact of our country that even after four years and nine months - 159 reminders the government employees do not wish to work on the law and order in the country. The citizens expect the ips and ias officer to provide an answer to this non action on the matter.

We live in a failed state of affairs when our gurgaon administration does not want to take action on the illegal construction matter. The babu working in the huda department expect the public to pay bribes for every action. These public servants call themselves educated but i fail to understand their education for the civil society.

Is this the law and order of gurgaon? Does an honest citizen need to pay a bribe to get simple work done from the government of haryana!!!

When will someone take action so save citizens lives.

Updated by Jeevan Toprani Based on the threatening from Rohit Sawhney and his father Mr. Sawhney. I have provided all the evidence to ASI Sanjay, ASI Pradeep and yourself at our meeting. The Evidence is in written and verbal with number of witnesses. Rohit Sawhney is the husband of Pallavi Sawhney who has been catch cheating the RWA(Financial Fraud).

The Reason of his attacks on my family and me are due to the complaint that I have logged with the authorities for his violation on the renovation of this apartment. The Authorities have visited his house and are in the process to issuing the order.

Over the last two weeks the visits from unknown elements and random calls is causing me to believe that he is in motion to murder or kidnap.

I look forward to your assistance after eight months of complaints.

Updated by Jeevan Toprani These meters installed in the RWA are not approved by BIS for metering in India. An email from BIS has been shared with you.

It is expected that you would work on your job and find-out how this RWA is cheating the residents of the society by over-charging.

If you are not able to figure it out then I can provide you a Electricity Auditor who will be able to help you uncover the fraud. It will cost you to hire him as you may not have the capabilities to do the job.

If you do not have the will to do it then you will never find it ! This the story of the power sector in India.
