[Resolved] Hathway — After taking amount, Internet is not working | |||||
I was taking broadband connection from hathway on 15th March 2016 with 3000 /- rs fees, and they told me internet will be start after 2-3 days, but still date internet is not working. After that I had continuously follow up with phone and email for my internet is not working but no one can came for checking. After that I personally visit on their Pune, JM road office, but my problem is not solved. Kindly help me in this. They are not solved my problem and even they are not return my 3000 money. They are not yet resolved my problem. still they are not provided me solution. What should I do? Can I get compensation, if I am going to Consumer Court? Please help me.
