Facing connectivity issue

Not refunding security deposit

I had installed Hathway internet connection, one year back in bangalore. Now i have moved to a different location and i have already submitted the modem/ Router and yet I have not been anywhere informed regarding the refund amount.

I still receive calls about the million useless offers but no communication regarding the refund.

What a useless company, stealing people's money just like that.

I am sick and tired of your down time and disgusting internet services since past 6 months. I have raised multiple complaints but my tkts gets resolved with out even resolving it.
During this pandemic time we really need a robust internet service and I'm afraid to say that GPL internet service is one of the worst I have ever taken...

I am getting multiple calls daily from hathway customer care to renew the connection.
Even though I've informed them that I'm not in Bangalore and will not be reconnecting for ~5 months.
Its so disgusting and irritating. There customer service sucks.
Never in my life I'll use hathway again nor I'd recommend anyone....

Wifi connection not working

The wifi has not been working for 3 days we have complained twice but no action taken. I stay in Kothrud, Pune. It's really very irresponsible of them and I am fed up constantly complaining. None of the people who work there are helpful...

LOS Redlight Issue

Since 2 days there is a red light blinking on LOS on hathway router.
I have raised a complaint to hathway customer service, they said they would fix it in 24 hours but no one called or came to fix the issue. I am working from home and I am not able to connect. I have already paid for 6 months.

It tried to reach hathway customer service people and they only say someone will come and fix.

It has been worse...

I used hathway internet 1 years back which I requested to transfer the service while i was shifting my house in year 2019 and the same was shifted. The connection was later transfer from my name to other person who was using while I left Chennai 2019/

I am not getting refund

I have shifted to new location and then Hathway informed that the connection is not feasible to that location and hence I returned the modem on 13th Nov 2020. My account was deactivated by Hathway team but still I have not get refund and it's already more than a month now. When I am putting emails to pune nodal team I am not getting response. I am getting ~ 10 calls from hathway customer care to renew the connection.
Even though u informed them that we are not in Bangalore and will not be reconnecting for ~5 months.
Its so annoying and irritating.
I hate hathway customer care....

Dear sir,

I had booked new hathway connection from executive (manikandan). He explained and he told within two days installation will be done. And he collected money . After creation of account no one responses. After two days I had given for closure . Still my amount I paid is not refunded.

Note: instead o[censored]ser need to pay online. Executive told as to give money to me . I will pay online. He is doing again...

Not installing modem

I submitted documents and payment on 14th Dec and till now my net is not installed.

they have started the billing cycle even without installing the modem. so now I have lost three days without even having internet.

customer care has no answer to why my net is not installed yet. the salesperson told me it will take maximum of three days and now its already 6 days....

GTPL Broadband not giving refund though fault from their side (did not get the connection shifted even after 21 days)

I am a consumer of broadband internet services provided by GTPL Broadband (https://www.gtpl.net/) and got a broadband plan worth Rs. 3999 for 6 months.
After 2 months, I needed to move to different city for work. So, I requested shifting of the connection to the new city I was moving on 27 Nov. 2020. Their representative said that the connection will be shifted in 2 to 7 days. There was no response or update by the company for 7 days....

Frequent issues of slowness

Unwanted calls for renewal of broadband

Hathway customer care has been calling unnecessarily. Calling to renew plan with Hathway internet however I have recently switched to better network tata sky and even after telling the same they just keep on calling...

Installation pending/ not refunding

I paid in October 29 and today is 18 Dec, still no installation nor refunding, sale executive sometimes pick call and extend date of refund...but still no solution from gtpl i also mail them, call customer care, call sales executive...
Rumor is true once you paid full payment they will not pick your call nor provide service, you are useless if you paid them...
I simply want my refund...so please help me...

Telangana Hathway broadband Worst response

I am a Hathway broadband customer. I paid my bill. It is showing that my account is active but I'm unable to use internet. Raised a complaint 2 days ago in help desk, they closed my ticket without resolving my problem. Tried contacting customer care executive, they are not even connecting to executive once to speak. Unwanted service calls even after deactivation

Hi,
I have done a name change of our broadband connection in July from my name to another person's name. The phone number was not updated properly and I was still getting all the calls for last few months even after I told the customer care to update it many times.

Now we have disconnected our connection a week back. And I am still receiving calls for plan offers. Does your customer service not know the line is disconnected?...
