Hathway Broadband Internet — Broadband Internet frequently stopped working and poor service | |||||
I am a user of Hathway Broadband since last around 6-7 years. And facing frequently problems with internet connection and stop working for many days. Whenever I make registration of complain at customer care and to the technical staff, I don't get proper response. Also not available at given promised time period which affects works. I have make Many times complain to customer care and at head office still since 21st May, 2016 internet is not working. I have make complain with Mr.Mallik, Mr.Soheb, Mr.Saurabh Patel and Mr.Tejas. They all are making just wrong commitments and not providing any solutions. My Account number is 859783.
I am repeatedly facing problems with internet service. Many a times it stopped working. I am not getting any permanent solutions though I have make complaints through calling and also by sending mails.
