[Resolved] Hathway Broadband — Internet Speed provided is very slow compared to our subscription | |||
I am been using Hathway from the month of September 2013 of customer ID: 1025852, I am using the service of 15Mbps and in the begining it was working normal. February end I got a message saying that the modem has to be switched on so that they will go with some technical issues back end. Then I started using the same 15Mbps speed and paid the bill for March 2014 of Rs.1300/-. But the Internet speed is very slow that even my 2g mobile Internet can beat the speed of the Internet provided. I regularly lodged complaint and they been giving me compliant numbers each and every call I made. But then 2weeks passed complaining everyday. Still the Internet speed issue is not resolved. I don't know without the service they had charged me as a monthly rental in which I Couldn't able to use for past 2weeks and still not yet resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
