I am using the hathway broadband and had subscribed for the 3 month plan. From the day the installation is done, i have to raise a complaint daily for connectivity issue. Also once the complaint is raised, they will send a message that the complaint number is closed without asking the customer whether the issue is resolved or not. What is this... 28th night, i raised a complaint regarding upload speed issue. The support guy rasied the complaint and said tech executive will visit my house next day. On 29th morning, i am getting message that the complaint is closed. Then again connecting with the customer care, they are saying the same thing.. They will register a new complaing, a tech executive will visit the house... When asked whats the resolution provided for the yesterday nights complaint, they said its closed.
