I have took broadband connection from Hathway on 4th may. I paid amount in advance and after a week I have raised 3 complains with them about their services. 1. They did NOT give router as per plan. there executives are not picking up the calls or ignoring. 2. Internet is not working, sometimes it works but speed is damm slow. I believe I have wasted my money. Its 3rd class services.. its my pathetic experience so far with Hathway... Hathway means noway for me... Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hathway — Internet not working properly
Net is not working properly the net is working very slow and as our previous payment was done on 20th november 2015 we are not feeling your service appropriate... so please check what's going wrong...Hathway — Pathetic service

Have been getting a below average connectivity since say day one. And the customer care is even worse. Calls are only forwarded further and nobody has an answer to why the connectivity is lost this often. Thoroughly disappointed.browsing is very slow without the usage
