[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd. — No one is collecting router and refunding deposit | |||||
Hi! Hathway customer id : 1439139 The renewal of my connection was on 25th of march, i don't wanted to use the hathway broadband connection anymore, so i didn't applied for renewal and requested them to close my connection, collect the router and refund my deposit of router. But since 10 days i'm trying to contact them, calling to customer care(As per the customer care answer the executive will come in next 24 hours) but no one is collecting the router and initiating deposit refund process. I've talked to customer care, even i've mailed about this issue to the nodel officer as well, but no one is taking any kind of action on it.
