[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — New connection not provide after taking money

I reached hathway for new connection in hyderabad. On 8th october executive came to my home and collected rupees 2410 for 3 months however till today new connection is not provided and executive is not picking calls.

Receipt number : hydisp/576445

I want my money back from hathway as they could not provided new connection to me.

Please resolve this issue.

After multiple follow-ups and after visiting their office then technicians visited my house and fixed the issue .

Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
