[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — Payment not received | |||
I have made online transaction to renew service, the new plan is 40 MBPS with 100 GB data for a quarter; however transaction amount is not reflecting in my account neither my plan was upgraded, I do not see any refund is happneing in my account. I am raising this concerns as my friend also suffered same issue where he has made a payment twice and after 3 months past he is still not getting his refund back. I am affraid to happening this with me as well. There is some issue seems with there payment gateway. Ideally rejected transaction should come back within a day as refund; however it is not happening with Citrus hathway payment gateway.
