Hathway Cable & Datacom — Poor internet network and bad response by customer executive | |||||
My account no. is 834765 . we are using this network from last 5 years. but we are facing problem from last 4 months . we daily called the executive of hathway. they said we try to solve u r problem till day of the end and next they we received massage from them that u r problem is resolved. But problem is same at the stage. No verification call from them. Frequent disconnections *Frequent network blackouts from 10 min to few hours without any notification *Poor speed like less than 2 mbps though my monthly quota is not over * they charged us monthly 2400 INR for bad internet connection. * I called the customer service several times already yet there is no improvement. *I have made several complaints, but no action from hathway fake people. I wonder how many hathway victims are still there in the city
