Hathway Cable & Datacom — Broadband unreliable. poor customer support follow up | |
Took a hathaway broadband connection a year ago in noida. Got fed up of its unreliability in a month and stopped using it. Committed the same mistake a month ago. It's completely unreliable. A technician comes and wastes my time with no result. I think they have a basic server issue. Don't get stuck in the three month plan. They will never give a refund. Was this information helpful? | |
