Dear Hathway, This is my last try to retain the service. I am VERY VERY upset with the service provided to me one of the worst customer service i have ever received. The day hathway people spoke to me, they came and collected half of the amount and advised me that i can pay the rest online, however next day installation was done, but the guy who helped with installation dint not guide me exactly as to how a WIFI should be used and as well he had forgotten to give me WIFI cabel. I had issues operating my laptop because of which i was unable to use it fir almost 2 months after so many calls to Harish the guy who installed agreed to help on the issue how ever i had given him a evening time to come and help me and the guy came in the afternoon helped with laptop and left and i was still facing issue to use Internet using WIFI and i had almost spend Rs 500 for Internet pack as i was not able to use net thru wifi, again had to ring the call center and raise an issue and then a guy came and helped me to fix the issue.this is the exact thing happened to my neighbor and seems like some people are creating fake documents and giving same connection to others, i was not given any terms and condition documents. Recently my connection was disconnected even before that i had raised a complain on the same that i was not able to use the service and to extend it but non took necessary action, when a certain amount was initially which i was suppose to pay the guy just makes a call and says ma'am you need to pay now and he just comes home to collect it immediately were in any person will not have a ready cash this is really embarrassing moment for any one, when you guys are so keen in collection why cant you provide service accordingly?? When call was made to me in regards to the payment i have clearly told to call on a Friday or Saturday as i can communicate on the issue but non had the courtesy to make a call, after the connection was disconnected i raised the issue for the same with complain number 12428377 spoke to Syed the gentlemen arranged for a call back a lady by name MONISHA called in regards to the same and she was very rude i asked her to call later as i was out and the lady refused to do so and she was extremely rude and disconnected the call kindly check the call records, next day i got a message stating issue is resolved i have no clue which issue is being resolved. I do work for a customer based profile at HSBC bank and we treat our customer so well and take initiative to resolve the issue and to provide the best service, which you guys have fail to do so. If this is what you guys have to do and waist some once money, then we need to take it up with consumer court as we have our neighbors who has faced similar issue. Kindly bring this issue to relevant peoples notice in resolving the issue or kindly refund the entire amount as I can look for bet-ta service else were. As I don't want to deal with people who are not professionals. Hope this mail make some sense, Is there any one who can take up the responsibility in doing the needful.
