Hathway — connectivity

a/c. no. 869975 I am using hathway broadband and in recent time I am continuously facing connectivity problem. There is wire problem in my connection and also confirmed by your representative one month ago. I am continuously complaining at your local office and asking them to change the wire but they are ignoring the complain and every day I am complaining regarding connectivity but nothing has been done till date.
