[Resolved] Hathway — Disconnection of cable service | |||
My card no is 21555594 . Hathaway has disconnected the cable service since yesterday on the pretext of non receipt of payment .i had made the payment on 28/7/2014 and received a confirmatory SMS on 14th august 2014 mentioning that the payment has been received on 28/7/2014 and transaction Id for the same is R-313408 . My complaint has been lodged under ticket no : 619557 dt 21.8.2014 19:01 hrs. Even after numerous phone calls every time I was promised by the operator named : Mr Sachin, Mr Tushar, Mr Sushant, Ms Renuka and few others replied that it will start in 15-20 minutes . But has not started till now. It's really pathetic to see this type of customer service by such a company . Was this information helpful? | |||

After hearing that to resume Service they need another 24hrs I fired them, within some
Time the service was restored late in the night. Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
